There may be something about one of them that triggers a response to buy from you that the others didn’t.

What you need to do is allow your customers to provide your information to others and perhaps they can even sell a few products for you too. They will likely be able to provide e-mail addresses and names of other people who are part of your niche market. They will be more likely to make a purchase from a business that has been referred to them by their friends then just an advertisement they found or that was emailed to them.
